Position Overview: A Swim Team Board Member serves as a key leader and advocate for the Swim Team organization, helping to shape its vision, support its athletes, and ensure long-term success. Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and running events that support athletes and showcase the program. Help coordinate concessions, fundraising efforts, and community outreach activities. Support sponsorship initiatives and build community partnerships. Promote athlete safety, well-being, and adherence to organizational policies. Attend regular board meetings, participate in committees, and engage in club events.
