As a Front Desk Volunteer at the YMCA, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming and positive environment. Your main responsibilities will include greeting everyone with a friendly attitude, scanning member ID cards upon entry, and providing basic information about the facility and its programs. You’ll also engage in light conversation to foster a sense of community and help make every visitor feel valued.
